Total headache
Never known an app to be so glitchy paired to a camera that is so unreliable. Guarantee when you need footage it won’t have recorded it. I’ve had this camera for 6 years now and it’s a continuous effort to keep it running. I would have thrown it out but it wasn’t cheap!
Most TERRIBLE dash cam ever seen!
I cannot believe how this company still is around, I bought a dash cam DOD RS 500S and didn’t last even 3 months! And their customer service and the app is just good for bin.

App and Dashcam do not work properly!
Camera DOD rc500s crashed constantly, especially with connection with App. I already changed few different compatibles cards, as well newest firmware and since years no one replying back on my email at DOD support!

Good camera but useless Ap. Keeps crashing, won’t connect to camera, resets setting back to factory when it chooses. Totally frustrating.

The UI isn’t intuitive, but it works. It is pretty slow to load the live camera view. Also, there are several seconds of lag. You need that live view for positioning your cameras.
