I can say that your experience can be traumatising I talked with a few members and I actually found them really mean except for a like 1-2 they are telling me OH WELL ITS UR THIRD TIME CALLING TODAY I don’t think that’s okay and it’s mean and the fact that u only support the military is depressing when other people need somebody to talk to please fix the way u r talking it made me feel worse about my situation.

Great concept. The app has good help information but crashes when I try to create a personal contact list. Pressing the link to personal contacts closes the app and does not open Contacts to select people to import.

This is an amazing resource. I wish it was also available to those who are not veterans.
Keeps exiting me out
Very frustrating. It exited me out three times. Please fix this. Otherwise, I'm so glad there's an app so I don't have to go on safari on my phone & have an increased chance of being exited out there.

Sexual Assault Definition Needs to be Updated
Sexual abuse, also referred to as molestation, is forcing undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another and is in most states sexual assault. Sexual misconduct is when one abuses their power to coerce someone. Both require healthcare interventions to stabilize the health of an individual affected. Sexual abuse is really common in the military too. I don't think women recognize sexual abuse because they are presented with such a narrow definition of sexual assault. Please update this in the next version.

Concept is good, but unless major glitches are cleaned up, including timing out and none of the "play" buttons actually having a function (currently useless), the app may just end up causing more frustration to people who definitely don't need that.

I am the SAVI at my local cmd and feel that the app has definite potential. However currently it is very basic and there are many glitches. I could not get any of the relaxation techniques to play. Additionally when moving from screen to screen the app flickers.
DoD Safe Helpline app
Basic app. Needs some tweaking. App flickers when it is searching for contact info. I am an AF SARC. The contact info for my installation SARC, JAG, & Medical Squadron is incorrect. I would be interested in correcting this information.
