Unable to get it to load!
*Edit* Tried again for 2024 and still cannot get past a spinning cursor. I give up.
Really wanted to join in and support this great cause but unfortunately unable to get past the registration page - just get a spinning page of doom. Tried on iPad and iPhone, tried deleting and re-installing - nothing. Shame.

Can’t go back
Be aware that you can’t go back to change the number of participants. I put my kids in, so a family of 6, only to find that it’s £20 each. I wanted to take them off but there’s no way to go back to change it!
App no good
Was inputting exercise data into it daily then I got kicked out and can’t get in, try and reset password but can’t get into app as told that site has security issues and could affect my device. Disappointed but hopefully they raise a good bit of cash for the cause.
Fine for it’s purpose
Raises money for a worthwhile charity. It’s a charity app that’s used for 6/7 weeks of the year, don’t expect the world.

Inexplicably locked out of app after 2 weeks usage

Doesn’t work
App booted me out, won’t let me log in, won’t let me reset password.
Unable to even get it up and running
I downloaded it once and partially got through setting up an account but have been unable to make any progress since. App just sits there spinning. Tried on the web as well with same login and password. Sits there spinning. Such as shame as I want to take part.
Retrospective logging missing
If you forget to log activity it’s impossible to log it retrospectively. Could that be fixed please?…some of us have lousy memories 😀

Unable to select walking or running activity as drop down is skewed off screen.

Still not working properly
The number input keys still hiding the submit button and no way of reducing it to see button, if you complete the distance etc last. However, if instead you complete type of activity last, when you click the drop down bar the number keypad disappears and you can select exercise type and submit is still visible - a work round.

Needs some bug fixes
With apple phone, trying to log manual activity. When number pad pops up, unable to see the submit button underneath! Can’t log activities therefore. Can this be fixed?
Can’t log miles manually
When you go to log miles manually you can’t press submit as keyboard is in the way and will not go away! Went to do it on the website and that would not work either….

Does any 1 know how u go back if u have made a mistake I have un installed the app and re loaded it and it’s stil the same page can’t go no further
App doesn’t work
Have always supported this cause and find it so frustrating that I have never been able to get the app to work. Same as others where i just get a blank screen and spinning circle and deleting app and restarting phone makes no difference. Clearly a coding error and really hope they can fix it as I want to support the charity

Great app
Really pleased they’ve upgraded the app this year - the new features make it very enjoyable! Sign up was seamless and it’s great to keep track of my miles and compete against my friends, all whilst raising money for a great cause
Mileage totalling issue
Doesn’t seem to total activities that are manually logged correctly… hit and miss as to whether it will record the number you input or round it down! Kind of crucial that the totalling works - that’s a huge part of the fun to try and do more miles than others in your league or the other districts!! But who knows if it’s right anymore!!

Have tried several times to manually uploads workout but unable to access SUBMIT button
Also found that live tracking is far from accurate, morning 7 mile run only registered as 0.14 mile.

Massive improvement on last year, manual entry is perfect and functionality really slick. Easy to navigate and well presented. All helping towards the bigger picture - great work from the team behind this.
wont let you change what type of account you want
The app wont let me go back from the donation page, i was meant to make a group account but pressed individual instead, there’s no back button so i’m stuck on the donation page. even if i delete the app and redownload it, it still comes up on the same page.
