Login is broken
I buy tickets on their website after being forced to reset my password, despite using a password manager. After buying tickets, I try to login to the app on the phone but credentials don’t work.
That’s a pretty big fail on purpose and functionality.

Finicky Password Acceptance
I experienced this several times already. I absolutely type in the correct password & it doesn’t accept it. I’ve even written it down the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th time it happened & it still said wrong PW. Every time you reset your PW, it makes you create one you’ve *never* used before making it really annoying to constantly make a new one whenever you want to log in. I think it’s just a glitch, but after experiencing it 4 times I really dislike that part of the service.
I love everything else about Dodge Ridge though. It’s actually my home mountain when I’m not traveling.

Snow
It does not really tell anyone future forecasts, and sometimes is not honest in the snow, like several weeks ago was supposed to be a 30 inch powder day, but it was ice.
Very disappointing
I can’t find any grooming information, the tracking part doesn’t seem to work at all. I’m having trouble finding any it really offers.
Wow much needed app for an awesome resort
Between the maps and webcams I was happy, but throw in free weather and I couldn't recommend anything better.
