Needs an update
We loved the free version of this app for years and just upgraded but noticed that the French language cards have tons of mistakes. Please update the app with corrections. The body parts are not labeled correctly.

Could’ve had five stars, but we weren’t using this app (THAT I SUBSCRIBED TO, BY THE WAY) for more than 10 minutes and I got 6 requests to rate the app, so here’s the rating. Enjoy.

Just what I was looking for but they will spam you every 10 flash cards asking for a review even if you have already done one. I paid for my app to access all cards and I did the review but it still happens every few flash cards and interrupts my learning sessions with my child.

I can open this and feel confident he’s seeing something safe, and hopefully learning something! Just the exposure is good enough for me

Not quite good enough
Having the words I a foreign language is fine but missing the article of the word which is VERY important. Anyone who knows or has studied a foreign language other than English is given this basic instruction. For example the hat in Spanish is Sombrero, however it would be taught as EL sombrero. This later helps in conjugation or use in basic sentences for the future. This app does not really assist in developing useful language just recognition.

This app is great for adding new vocabulary in Spanish but it would be more useful if the speaker also spoke the definite article that goes with each wod

Not all apps need a subscription fee
Unless there’s constantly new content, no one should pay money every month or year for something as basic as flash cards. A one time fee would have been fine.
Overall fine with some annoying features
It’s pretty good. The images are sometimes hard for a toddler to decipher since they’re so cartoonish. Also it’s annoying that you can’t go back to a card you saw previously — no matter what way you swipe, it goes to the next card. I haven’t found any options in settings to change that. And it asks incessantly for you to rate the app, like every 15 cards.

The cards are helpful and my 2 year old really enjoys them and it's helping with learning and retention but I paid for access to all of the cards for a full year but only received the 3 free ones. Very disappointing and attempts to reach out have been crickets.

I’ve been looking for something like this !
My kids aren’t enrolled in daycare so I teach them from home an this really helps
