The app is buggy
Hello,
I’m having a serious problem with your app. It no longer works at all.
Every time I try to use it, it redirects me to a website instead of staying in the app. On the website, I can’t sign in to my account because the “Sign in with Apple” option is gone.
I had 593 reward points, and now I’m worried that I’ve lost access to my account and my points.
I’ve already tried restarting the app, logging out and back in, and even restarting my phone, but nothing has helped.
I also can’t contact support through the app because it won’t load properly.
Could you please help me restore access to my account and my reward points?

Crashes frequently
The app freezes and crashes frequently, I cannot even search for an item properly and, to top it off, I cannot even sign in with Gmail/Google (like I usually do on the website) because they haven’t updated their security protocols so Google keeps declining my login.
I thought it was going to be easier following my order and placing orders from the app but it’s patchier than the website.
