Great Mobile Form Solution
Our company has used DoForms for years. Great mobile form solution that is user friendly. Support team is great and has helped us with any issues that have come up. Would definitely DoForms!
Terrible
The latest update has completely changed my form layout. All required info that I was able to enter has now been removed. Please fix this asap

Checking for updates
When I open doForms it gets stuck on a “checking for updates” screen. There’s an option to skip but it won’t let me use that. I go to the App Store and update manually and still gets stuck on that screen for HOURS. If they get past this issue I will change my rating.
It's bad
Every time that I have to update my app, it will not open at all, so I have to delete the app and re install and put all my work order back again,, for that reason I will not update this app again untill they fix this issues or my company decide to get another software,.
Support to resolve app bug is lacking
We currently have 335 users on a paid subscription dispatch account. We have notified DoForms of the issue where users are unable to use their data lookup form widget while the device is held in landscape mode (on its side). It's now been 11 months and we still are unable to use our forms that have a drop down (lookup) list widget. We've been promised on several occasions that there would be an update to fix this issue and nothing has been done to fix it. This issue makes our investment into becoming paperless harder because we are having user-adoption issues because the drop downs don't work when a user is filling out our forms.

In The Field Action
My wife runs a cleaning business and sometimes keeping track of everything can become messy. It was easier when she did it all herself, but with 5 people working for her now she needed some help. DoForms give her the ability to EASILY, I mean EASILY create a form for employees to fill out at the site. She can customize the tasks based on the job and have the list ready for them when they get there. Real time GPS means she knows when they arrived, and when they left. Full Control! Awesome!

This application has enough modules that it can literally be used for collection of any type of data you want. The company has a good track record of keeping timely updates and are very reliable.
