Writing a review from Thanjavur. The person who came to collect my mobile was very kind and professional. He had a pleasant attitude. His evaluation was quite similar to the initial estimation suggested by the app.
Fake application
I have placed my order to sell my laptop 5 days before and it's auto rescheduling daily when I contact customer care there is no response and they won't reply to complaints and calls. Most of the reviews are also fake even my friends have been through same it's better to sell in cashify or offline stores instead of trusting this app.

No response
Tried to sell my phone using the app on a scheduled date and time but there was no notification or calls. When I tried to call the customer support there was no response and later the next day a number was listed on the app for the pickup ,when I called the respected person, informed me that he will come the next day but never came and there were no further response. A very poor service and support system.

The individual arrived, verified everything, and ultimately offered the same price as finalized in the app. However, they slightly reduced it by 83% for the Betty percentage, which isn't a criterion set in the app, so it needs improvement. Overall, I prefer this.

The person who came to collect my mobile was very kind and professional. Nice attitude and clearly informed it would take 15 to 20 min to inspect the phone. His evaluation was close to what the initial estimation suggested by app. Cashify’s collecting agents try every possible way to bring down your product value and this is based on my experience I had in the past and even recently. I would definitely go with this Dofy when compared with Cashify for all my future electronics sale.
