Not worth in game purchases

Really like this game but the vip mode is a rip off for how much it costs and when I’ve made other in game purchases it’s disappeared after a day. Can’t get it to reappear, can’t contact customer support, the link just takes you to the google play store. I would like a refund on the payments I’ve made please!
