Incredible value for money. Super convenient. Finally we were able to connect with a professional trainer without having to have some come over, spend an hour at one home, and charge us hundreds of dollars. Thank you!
Scan and go
We really like the scan and go, makes shopping a breeze, my grandson usually scans our items, he is 6 and I really like how we can do it together, it keeps him occupied and makes for a easy trip😃 please do not get rid of it! There was a system that our Wal-Mart used, like scan and go but use their scanners, that was great. I guess it was a test store, sure wish they would bring that back. But then again I order online and pick up which is great as well. Thank you for keeping up with fast and furious life styles! You are doing a great job!!

Easy!
Super easy to use, and very quick!! The only negative is figuring out what you’re actually getting….between auto ship items and items just placed in your cart! I would suggest maybe a complete items being shipped review before final completion.

I used Dog For Dog for the first time after my sister in-law recommended it on a night I didn’t feel like going out lol. Amazing!! 10/10
Like half of America we got ourselves a pandemic puppy and then had difficulty finding a trainer or school that was open during state shutdowns in NJ. We tried online programs but couldnt stick to it. This app has changed that. We love Valerie and she has been SO great with our LunaBelle. Very well worth the cost and she’s learned so many new manners and commands in the past 4 weeks so far. I never write reviews but if youre looking at this app I could not recomend it more.

- Dog 301 class available for additional training. (They have a 201 class but I think the programs end after that.)
- Better inapp trackers. Interface looks kind of blah. Very clinical.
- self study extra credit things to try that week if your dog is doing well with regular homework.

Loving it
I really actually like how Dog For Dog is set up a lot easier to navigate than other apps ive tried much nicer kinda even fun but I have a suggestion Door Dash u can order and they will deliver is beer and liquor I think you guys should and also do 1 thing they don’t is cigarettes that would be the most awesome and epic app ever!!

The Search feature
The search feature is really behind & makes shopping from this app way too long. It does not pick up most the items... especially when I search word for word item name from the Dog For Dog printed coupons. I should be able to put in ‘beef patty stack pack’ & get just that. Or ‘frozen pancakes’ when I know I want pancakes from the frozen section. Those searches will come up as ‘not found’. I had about 20 ‘not founds’ as I shopped :/ very frustrating. Even using simple words! I will probably do most my online shopping with Walmart. Their app is way faster & easier. I can not waist this much time shopping online. Would of been faster to go to the store.

Dog for dog is my favorite app for Eskie, he loves the peanut butter and their probiotic supplements work wonders.
Easiest purchases and online is cheaper
Using the app is so quick to purchase items that I need and they were running a discount for 20% off of $50 which saved me a lot. You also get the rewards when you shop with them so I used that also which helped me save even more. I also like that on the app I’m just shopping for what I need and then I drive there and pick it up so I don’t need to go in the store where I’m tempted to buy more than I need. Sometimes I will find items online that are cheaper in their app than in store, when I do have to go into the store, and they will price match items on their online website. You just need to show them the item from their website with the cheaper price and they will change it for you. You can also be assured that your items are in instead of wasting your time going to the store only to find they don’t have your item in stock. Love the convenience.

Amazing for pet sitters and pet owners!
I first started using Dog For Dog as a pet sitter and loved the interface. I personally feel safe and supported when pet sitting as the Dog For Dog support team is extremely responsive! Also, even though getting background checked is an extra cost to start pet sitting, I feel like it’s great they have that requirement to protect pet owners.

Amazing for new puppy training
I got a new puppy and while I wasn’t unprepared I definitely didn’t know how to train to sit, stay, and similar tricks. This helped so much and also has loads of fun tricks that impressed my friends. One thing though, I don’t see the point of the premium if you can get everything extra with a one time payment of 13 instead of a monthly payment of the same amount.

App run by untrained and unethical people
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I recently joined this app and so far have received only bad experiences. They locked my account for no reason last week so I could not withdraw any cash. I emailed them and am still waiting for a response, so they are not at all time efficient. It will be exactly 7 days tomorrow. Instead of helping me out I received notifications today that I have submitted fraudulent receipts which I never have to this present day. I never submit screenshots, always the original receipt from Target. Moreover, they reversed $6 in credits telling me I had submitted old receipts. Again I have always submitted receipts within a week of purchase as indicated in their policies. Please DO NOT waste your time with this app. They scavenge on people who are innocent and trying to follow all rules. Completely unethical and unprofessional customer service. People who try to use rebate apps so they can save money can bid their money goodbye by using such an app. There are much better rebate apps out there that do not need barcode scanning and receipt uploading and phone verification. It is like we are at the airport and going through security. So many hoops to jump just to save a few $$$$. Spare me the trouble. I have only respected and appreciated their rules all to get a notice that I am fraudulent. If you ask me, this app and the team running it are the biggest frauds of all. Never using this app again.

Great training resource
I have really enjoyed using this app for training with my English bulldog puppy Bubba. I worked with trainer Renee who is both patient and kind. She really helped us intertwine Bubbas training with our challenging family circumstances to give Bubba the best chance of success. Thank you Renee and Dog For Dog for all of your help! Bubba and I both learned so much!

Dog For Dog is great for in store, ... but online...not so much...
I’ve been using Dog For Dog for 6 years and I am totally obsessed with couponing and saving $. Couponing is my sport. I often can save substantially when combining Dog For Dog with store offers and other offers. Love Dog For Dog’s bonuses. I see them as personal challenges.
I am sad to report that I am very disappointed in their online offers. Lately they have been severely lacking in customer support when they fail to honor their online offers. I thought 6 yrs of history, they would have been more reliable. If I would have known, I would have bought through Rakuten, or used the Groupon I had for sun basket.
I never used to have issues, but lately some of the online links are not working. I have 4 pending offers since May: 4 different orders through Sun Basket and Harry & David. I have screenshots and all the supporting documentation. When I respond to my open tickets, Dog For Dog keeps sending me the same canned message that they are trying to contact the merchant. Funny enough SunBasket answered my email within moments and confirmed my purchase. And they will not allow me to talk with a representative to clear up this issue. I have asked four times as well as contacted them on their FB page.
Recommend couponing in store.
Do not recommend buying though Dog For Dog links.

Vet Angels
We have been staying in the Bahamas with our cat with advanced kidney disease and he had a rapid decline with entirely new symptoms on the Sunday evening over the Easter holiday when all local facilities were closed. I signed up for this service at midnight and within five minutes was on a Zoom with the most kindly wise vet you could imagine. He gave us a list of items we could try to get otc from the pharmacy for our cat and spoke with us in depth about what was going on with him. It was clear to us this was serious. We brought him in first thing Tuesday morning when the local vet re-opened and he stayed there for five days receiving treatment and care. What was amazing was I continued to message with this vet to update him and ask questions and he was so present and kind and kept saying things like give him a pat from me. I felt like I had much needed support during our time of need and received it. Again $30 a month for this was pennies in comparison to the support we received. An excellent service. Thank you. Our cat is better now. He’s still end stage kidney disease but he’s alert, eating, drinking, and no longer hiding in the back of the shoe closet in deep distress, poor little guy. We are beyond grateful.

I have a house full of children and animals and without Dog For Dog I would be struggling through pet stores trying to find what I need with 3 kids in my wake. It‚Äôs a great app and even when I have order problems (which is so rare) I never have had a problem that wasn‚Äôt immediately resolved by one of the many friendly customer service representatives. They are all just so nice and they make my day a little sunnier every time I call even if I was in a crummy mood when I originally called😃. So thanks Dog For Dog! You make this momma really happy!
