Poor communications after a lot of years with you guys!

App wouldn’t let me put in a p/up time today when I ordered and paid. I then called only to get a msg to leave a msg! If someone isn’t ckg email or messages my food will have sat for 1.5 hrs and be cold when it’s picked up. I’m just saying that if someone isn’t getting the email or voicemail it’s not good!!!!!!!
