Useless
I get the same subscription offer every time I open the app despite having a subscription. More importantly, I have five dogs and none of the proposed frequencies have any effect at all. This app is useless.

Doesn’t work
Even though I have paid for my subscription, everything I click on takes me to subscription options. Furthermore, it appears that not all of the features even fit on the screen. I am hoping I can get my money back for the one month subscription that I paid for, since it is not working.

I’m sorry to read that. You shouldn’t have any problems on getting refunded. You have to hit play again if you change the frequency. Please let me know what device and model you’re using and I’ll troubleshoot to fix any problems.
