I give it four stars because it is cost money to use the app and it said it didn’t cost any money.So I cant even talk to my dog either way.Please lower the cost of money!Thank you if you do!

It's not the best because you have to pay but at least if you don't pay you can still use the whistle and the emotions, but it's really sad because why I bought this is cause I want to talk to my dog not to whistle or train my dog I just wanted to talk to my dog so that was not very good but it's okay.
