frustrating adorableness

I love the sticker designs! But a lot of the time I can’t open the app!!! It’s very frustrating. I’ll be texting, and when I get back on a couple hours later, it won’t let me open the app. how to fix this so I can text stickers????? Extremely frustrating! I don’t recommend this for anyone with a short temper.

Unable to open stickers

Dear Artist,

I have enjoyed using your stickers that were on my iPhone 14 using the old iOS. I upgraded to an iPhone 16 using the current iOS and cannot open the stickers. They will not load. I think they need an update. This problem is true with several artists. Will you be able to fix the problem soon?
