Thieves
They require identification verification like all crypto exchanges except they haven't verified mine for OVER A YEAR despite having all of the necessary documents. On top of this, they tell me I need to withdraw funds because they can't "provide services" and then they REFUSE WITHDRAWALS. This is an out and out scam. Never trust Freewallet with a dime! Update: now they have demanded I get the transaction data from an exchange that is NO LONGER OPERATING. That's right, these total criminals are trying to find ANY excuse to steal the funds!
