Refresh

The entire reason i downloaded this app was so i could create a widget on my Lock Screen and Home Screen to keep the price more fresh on my mind. The widget doesn’t refresh and instead only shows me what the price was when I created it. Please update the app to accommodate for this as otherwise it is practically useless to me.

Hi, sorry for your experience with Dogecoin, but the Dogemate app is only a price viewer, it does not have any accounts, or access to any accounts, to interact with or shut down.

I just got the app and it said I already have A profile and then when I was trying to see what it was talking about it wouldn’t even let me get into the old profile or do anything with it

Widget feature is a lie

Bought the premium because I wanted to see the price from my Home Screen without opening the app. That feature that they say exists clearly does not. Don’t waste your money.

Wont update current price

I recently upgraded to the pro version hoping this would solve my issue but there has been no change in the market value od Dogecoin since 10/21/21. Iv deleted and re installed app and no change . I was very happy with the app until the Iphone software update . Now the app is nit doing
Its job at all. Please help

Price has not been updated since September 22. It’s now October 6, 2021 as of time of this review.

Sorry that you had this experience, apps released on the iOS App Store have no capability to reinstall themselves. Dogemate doesn’t have any logins or any access to any personal data, not even a device identifier. So deleting the app will remove it just fine. My guess is you just removed the app from your home screen, and did not fully delete the app. That means the app will still exist in your App Library. Tap and hold to delete it there and it will fully delete, just the same as every other app. If you are still having issues, please contact Apple support and don’t harm independent developers by leaving one star reviews for operating system features, thank you

Suggestion

I like the app a lot, made my life easier! I would like to suggest some improvement after I bought the no ads v.

First, I want to see notification when the price go up or down.

Second, it will be nice to have Apple Watch app as well.
