Unfortunately, I can’t even open it because after submitting my phone number (before you ask, yes, I did double check and make sure I entered it correctly) it requires a login code, and I have not received one. it has been over 10 minutes since I first entered my number. I’ll try again later.
Cant access app
After I entered my phone number, nothing happened. Deleted app right after.
Rewards? What rewards…
Had this app for about 10months. No rewards to collect. It’s always saying “coming soon” but it’s been like this for as long as Ive had the app. Have over £60 collected and cannot use that at all. Only wasted my battery life on this. Disappointed.
So worth it!
Love the Dogiz app. I use it to keep my dog and myself healthy and love being rewarded for it! I think it’s brilliant.
We are big Harringtons lovers and I love that I can buy my dog treats and food to support his training and life (without extensive effort!)
Their customer support is also really good.
I’ve had this app since Autumn 2022 and at this point in December 2022 it is something I’m still loving using as is greatly of benefit to myself and dog, as it’s lovely to track my dogs walks, memories, weight etc but also for the fab rewards!

Nadine is excellent - the app isn’t
This app is rather poorly put together. I can only imagine it uses some cross-platform monstrosity. Just every interaction with it is stuttering and slow. Picture quality in messages terrible.
