Just started - not so sure about this App yet.
Just started with this App. Seems like you can’t get much of anything unless you get the paid version.

Very disappointing experience
The app advertised a 7 day free trial, which is the only reason I downloaded it. Instead, I was charged immediately. When I contacted customer support, they claimed I had a subscription in 2023, which is impossible because I had never downloaded or used this app before. I only discovered it while browsing the App Store and installed it for the first time.
I explained the situation and requested a refund, but it was refused. I feel the advertising was misleading, and the support team did not properly investigate my case.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very careful before signing up, even if a free trial is advertised.

Dogo dog trainer
This app is free to download not to use it. They won’t let you train your dog with out it saying “ start by getting the dogo subscription” it won’t even let you click on a training coarse. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
Used to have free options
This app used to be great but unfortunately seems to have no free options anymore? Totally understand having a subscription model but no free training at all is such a shame.

Has helped me so much when getting my puppy to keep track of everything and also learn so much to build mine and his confidence and bond! We get so many compliments about how amazing and smart he is, I give lots of credit to him for this but also to the app

Absolutely amazing!
This app is genuinely a 5 star app! It helps me keep track of when to take my dogs outside and really helps with training my dog to be a service dog like heeling is super hard for her but this app really helps

Sehr hilfreich wenn man einen Hundewelpen oder einen neuen Hund hat. Wir nutzen vor allem den integrierten Kalender zur Überwachung der stubenreinheit, sowie die unterschiedlichen Lektionen mit den Übungen.
Es wäre noch besser, wenn man die Einträge schnell auf der Apple Watch eingeben kann, zb. wenn man gerade ohne Handy unterwegs ist oder auch für nachts wenn das Handy lädt!

I did and am so glad I did!! It took a few months for my new dog who is a rescue from a horrific hoarding situation. Now some of her underlying issues are coming out. Dogo is always here to assist . The basic training has been good-I need to be more regular w it!

Cancelar sua assinatura é muito fácil. Para cancelar sua assinatura do Dogo, abra “Ajustes” no seu iPhone/iPad, toque no seu nome, selecione “Assinaturas”, escolha “Dogo” e toque em “Cancelar assinatura”. Isso interrompe a renovação automática. Você pode continuar usando a assinatura até o final do período de cobrança atual. 🐕🙌
Good roadmap for new puppy
I’ve been using this app for my new 8 week old puppy. It’s been helpful in guiding where to start from before you pick up a pup to training tricks and light behavioral help. I’m not new to puppy training, but I am a bit rusty.
This app has helped provide a roadmap with informational articles to make the whole process easier. I haven’t used trainer feedback or games yet, but I’ve been pleased with the courses, reminders and schedule tracking. Not sure it will be as helpful for my 16 month old (we adopted at 11 months) and he knows most of the basics. But, definitely good for the first year.
Overall, I think it’s worth the annual subscription for the first year. I previewed other apps, but chose this one for the family access and multi-dog management.

Could be more hands on
So I think there should be video tests that you have to pass in order to achieve the next level more advice from the trainers would be helpful but as it stands it’s a really helpful app I recommend it to anyone who just bought a new puppy
Lots of utility, needs a bit of work
Giving it 4 stars because it’s the only app I’ve found that lets my family track potty activity easily. But it’s not perfect. It’s easy to mis-read potty activity by clicking a filter that affects what’s displayed. It also seems to lag on syncing with other family members so I have to force-quit the app to have it display an up-to-date picture of past potty activity. I have watches *some* of the training videos and find them helpful, but production quality on some are fairly low. (Why record in an echo-y room that creates terrible audio.?) But all in all, worth the price.

Not worth the cost
I’ve been following the training methods but they are so basic. I am an experienced dog owner and ended up with a very attached, highly anxious puppy. I purchased the app based on reviews because my regular knowledge was not working. This app is not better than what I already know and has done nothing to help with what I’m dealing with. Plus every thing focuses on rewarding with treats, but my pup can’t have treats because of his highly sensitive stomach. Yes, I use his food but he’s bored with that and not interested in working for that anymore.
It’s hard to navigate the app and find articles or methods based on what is needed. If you’re inexperienced with training, this app is good for that but not beyond it.
