Won’t load

I got this app along with Catgotchi. Catgotchi works fine but Dogotchi won’t download on my iPad mini 4. I’ve checked my storage and have enough space, says it’s compatible with my iPad, but won’t load!! (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾
