Sorry, you had not responded to my last email. As earlier mentioned, there is a known bug with the More > Jobs view with some users. You can access and edit jobs just fine via Customer. A replacement for Doing Windows is in development which will be easier to keep updated with changing iOS versions.
Great app
Keeps me really organised and I love the features. No gimmicks but has everything you need as a window cleaner. 100% worth the price and saves on these other apps with monthly payments.
The best app for window cleaning
This is so easy to use and uncomplicated. Any piece of software is going to take time to learn and this was pretty easy to be honest. You can customise it to a degree and you can even text customers and navigate to addresses from within the app. I only wish it was compatible with my older MacBook Air!

Brilliant and consistent
Iv been using this app for about 6 years. In that time I haven’t had a problem with crashes or anything. It’s regularly updated. Provides all the features I need and doesn’t throw in my face the ones that I don’t use.
Keeps me organised. My favourite features are that it automatically books in the repeat work for me in 4 weeks time in my case. That it flags up a warning if a customers owes payments once you mark the job as done. And finally the ability to see each customers individual history so I can say things like thank you for the last x years or price is going up can’t believe it’s been x years since I last increased the price ect. So handy!!

Game changer
I don’t know what I would do without this app. It helps me stay organised, keeps me on track, tracks payments to name just a few. Also the technical support is amazing, quick and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Not the best Could be more user friendly.
note easy to use. when setting up you will pull your hair out i did, Setting up you need to input some info Twice- IE Round info = name - every 4 weeks then date add it have to go back in to adjust the date every time, Same with price info could also be easier to add customers to a round Not friendly to user. I paid £15.

Brilliant App!!!
This is a fantastic app! After using it for 8 weeks or so I can say, after a couple of initial technology hiccups which were dear with straight away, this app has made life soooooo much easier! Once you’ve input all your customers, it keeps track of how much you’re owed, what work is due, your projected earnings, etc etc etc! Absolutely brilliant!!! I would highly recommend this app to all window cleaners! Great work!!! 👍👍👍

I am unable to edit in the comments/notes section when adding a new data. For example if you click on jobs 10+ to add a new report at the bottom it says no so I was expecting I can add a note or coming for them to good job but I can’t.

I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now and it’s been a real game changer for me. Everything’s nicely organised. Who’s due, who’s late, who owes. This app is brilliant and the last work diary that you’ll ever need to buy.

Doing windows app
This app is brilliant . I feels like it was an actual window cleaner who has designed it . Saves time lots of paperwork the sales and repeating system is fantastic. Watching your jobs building up and automatically dropping in at your desired dates . I have 500 houses every 4 weeks and through this system once you start putting your address's dates and payments in the system it doesn't take long to show you what you've actually got coming in and out . Bravo

Paper is a thing of the past now!
One of my most useful apps, never going back to paper now! Developer also listens to suggestions to make it better. Working together this will be a great app for all cleaners not just window cleaners! anyone with a customer base will find it useful like house cleaners/gardeners etc .

I've been using this app for the last month and found it so helpful to have my round on the go, no pile of papers to clutter the vehicle. No monthly fee just a one off payment and it's yours
This app is miserable
Simply attempting to input route info is mind boggling & unnecessarily complicated. Leaving any space blank basically halts all progress through the process of just trying to get started.Not giving up on it just yet but seems like a waste of $8.99 so far though

Literally changed my life!!!!! Bold statement but true. I am really disorganised and have muddled through for 14 years with pad and pen, at £6.99 I nearly didn't buy this app as if it's not free I don't bother lol. But this thing does all the thinking for you, takes a while to put your customers in but once you get a couple of weeks into inputting info it is just amazing. It works beautifully with sumup card reader too and the customers are seriously impressed when you use both together lol
