About
doko is a shopping list that thinks ahead.
You're walking past a grocery store on your way home and can't remember half of what you came in for. You stop at a hardware store and only then realize you forgot you needed batteries. doko fixes that.
— Type, don't tap —
Add things the way you'd jot them on a napkin. "milk, eggs, ibuprofen, drill bit, batteries" — one line, one return. doko splits, dedupes, and figures out where you'll find each one.
— What's here? —
The headline feature. Tap one button. Your iPhone (or Apple Watch) checks where you're standing — grocery, pharmacy, hardware, bank, post office — and shows only the items on your list you can actually buy there. Mark them off as you find them; the rest stays on the list for next time.
— Smart, not noisy —
doko uses a built-in dictionary of common items, and falls back to Apple Intelligence (on supported devices) for anything unusual. Categorization runs entirely on your device. No accounts, no sign-up, no ads.
— Everywhere you are —
Your list lives on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Anything you add on one shows up on all of them, instantly, through your own iCloud. Check off "milk" on the watch — your iPhone already knows.
— Designed for the moment —
• Multi-category items (batteries find their way to grocery, hardware, AND pharmacy filters)
• Purchased items clear themselves two days after you mark them
• Distance-sorted store detection, so the closest store wins
• Designed for one-handed use while walking
• Privacy by default: nothing leaves your iCloud account
doko (どこ) is Japanese for "where" — the question this app answers, every time you walk by a store.
