About

Lord Wren is dead. Again. Somebody did it, and you can prove it. No ads. Hints always free. Every case curated. 25 free cases + a new free case every Monday. Dokuverse is a game of cozy murder mysteries and smaller crimes. There's a manor full of guests with motives, a café where every cat looks guilty and a walled garden where the lettuce keeps disappearing. Each case gives you a cast of suspects and a map. Work out where everyone was, and the culprit runs out of places to hide. Cracking a case • Put each suspect on the map, one to a row and one to a column. • Test every alibi. Duchess swears she never left the window seat. The clues will say if she's lying. • Place the last suspect and the case is closed. Every case has exactly one answer, and you can always reach it by reasoning. You never have to guess. Three worlds, three kinds of trouble • Ashcombe Manor: Lord Wren keeps getting done in, and every guest had a reason. Wry, a little theatrical and never gory. • Cat Café: somebody sent the vase off the counter and somebody ate the last macaron. Miso is acting far too innocent. • Gardoku: something got to the lettuce overnight, and the silvery trail leads straight to Sid the slug. Work out where everything is planted to prove which bed he raided. A new crime every Monday Every Monday at 09:00 UTC, a fresh case lands at the manor, the café or the garden. It's free when it arrives, and it stays free. Miss a week and the Casebook keeps it for you. There's an optional reminder, with no streaks and no guilt. Stuck on a suspect? Ask for a hint. First you get a nudge toward the clue that matters, then the reasoning behind it, and when a suspect has only one square left, a hint can put them there. There's no daily cap and nothing to pay. Free to play, pay once for more • Start with 25 cases on the house, tutorial included, spread across all three worlds. • A pack is 5 cases in one world, from Easy to Expert, for $0.99, and it's yours for good. • The Launch Collection gets you all 6 launch packs, 30 cases, for $3.99. New packs are sold separately. • On a new device, tap Restore purchases in Settings and your packs come back. The launch packs: The Midnight Recital, Pearls in the Fog, The Stolen Macaron, Rainy Day Regulars, Who Ate the Lettuce? and The Midsummer Fête. Play your way • Play on iPhone and iPad, in portrait or landscape. • Choose optional sound effects, gentle music or ambience, with separate volume controls. • Nothing interrupts a case: no ad breaks, no login and no account. • Tap a clue to light up the squares it allows, or open the ? on any board for the glossary of clue words. • Plays offline. The tutorial, the free cases and the packs you own are on your device. You need a connection to download the Monday case and to buy a pack. • Cases range from a 4×4 tutorial to 7×7 Expert. An Easy case takes a few minutes, a Hard one about 15 to 20. US prices shown. The App Store shows the price in your currency. Questions or ideas? Visit dokuverse.com/support.
