Major Glitch
Wrong Customer/Employer: when selecting the new or existing employer it picks the wrong one. It takes MANY tries to finally pick the correct one to use. This happens on iPhone and iPad. Creating a new Employer is a huge hassle because it will not allow for ease of entry for start of week or the correct rate.

Unsusable
This app is not user friendly at all and can’t even set it up. I just downloaded it minutes ago and have encountered an excessive developer errors. When I tap on fields like employer and pay rate, the app crashes every time. I can’t clock in without receiving an error that I’ve already logged time for this period. I just downloaded the app, so no, I haven’t. I tried adding an employer and the pay rate field is not editable. When I try to save, it gives me an error that I can’t save without a pay rate.

This is why we need DOGE
The DOL is actively sending us to this app via the DOL website (it’s how I came to be here), but the app is non-functional. It should be eliminated or, better yet, updated.
Peace of mind
This app helps me feel better after I was sure I wasn’t getting paid for all my time worked! I clock in here at the same time as I do at work for my peace of mind thank you
Disappointed
It will not let me adjust the work week. Our work week is not typical 1st thru the 15th, etc. also, it will not let me go into 2024, for our work week. Please fix, as this would be a fantastic tool for employers and employees!
New version just isn’t good
PLEASE FIX!! Really do not like the redesigned app. I use this to keep from going into overtime since I split my day in two different departments. This app does not show total hours worked for each day, so I cannot easily tell if I am about to go over for the day.
Lunch breaks will not save now
I punch out for my lunch break and then punch back in, but it won’t save it at the end of the day. It used to, so I guess an update messed that up.

I had all my time and when the app updated everything was lost.
Overtime Calculations Are Wrong
The app calculates overtime as 0.5 instead of 1.5 times base pay per hour. So it shows a much lower amount than you should be getting.

If Employer could setup the employees and compile
This app has a lot of potential, however it would be nice to create a connection between employers and their employees so that when a new employee is hired, the employer can set them up with their hourly rate, employer info, weekly start date, hire date, etc. and then share the app with the employee with all their individual info already setup for them.

Works fine, but..
I can’t figure out how to invite my employee to clock in and out. I have to enter the time on their behalf.
Tax deductions
App is simple and works well. I understand it’s only labeled at a time sheet app but tax deductions would put this app a bar above the rest. Being able to manually enter overtime and straight pay is helpful but knowing what net pay is would be nice.

It’s an great app overall
I love the accuracy in the app as well as the fact it shows you what you’ve made within periods of time…. Only thing I hate is at time, a pay period disappears!!! When I try to go back to it the whole pay period is gone….
Version 3.1.2 broke the app
I’ve been using this app every work day since 2012. It was mostly good: easy to enter and edit time and export history; with minor, tolerable bugs.
Version 3.1.2 released 3/26/2022 is awful. Now every time I tap “Start Work”, it gives an hourly rate error regardless of what I enter as my salary, essentially breaking the app’s primary functionality. When I tap Manual Time Entry instead, the Start/End/Break drop-down boxes appear blank and they don’t display my selections. The Export function now truncates my data to the current month instead of exporting the entire history. Lastly, the app adopts the device’s display settings (light mode vs. dark mode) with no option to set the display preference independently. I am using iOS 15.4.
Please fix these issues. Until now, this has been a great basic app for timekeeping.

works well
Overall the app is good. Only issue is that when trying to fill out the daily comments on an iPhone, the keyboard covers up the comments window and you are unable to see what you are typing.
Overall, not bad!
This is an okay app. Hopefully, they are able to also calculate the estimate of earnings after taxes in each state.
symbol messing up $$$$$
there is a symbol that replaced $ and when i export/email it screws up calculations. it's a circle /round( o ) with 4 short/straight bars. two on top two in bottom.
Upgrade was a downgrade
Updated was not a upgrade, you can not work a split shift now with out it adding hours after midnight to the next day, you also lost the ability to see your monthly earnings along with your yearly
