Needs updateing
I have iOS 26 and when I try to do the maze the app crashes and sometimes my whole entire phone crashes
App doesn’t work
App opens but can’t do much of anything else. Nothing about the train. The map loads but it is so small and there is no way to zoom. It is not interactive. I feel like this app was developed years ago and was left behind despite being advertised prominently on posters throughout Dole Plantation.

Needs updating
Can’t listen to audio on Lock Screen - draining my battery unnecessarily. Can’t listen while using camera. When switching back from camera, the dole app forgets where you were and brings you back to the main menu. This is amateur for being at least 3 years old. Please update your software.

The app doesn’t seem to add much to the experience, but it doesn’t work anyways, so why bother

I’m not sure if it was due to using a 6s plus, but the audio never played.
Crashes every time.
I tried to use it but it crashed every time I scanned anything in the garden. It wouldn’t allow me to rescan so I missed out on everything. Wouldn’t have mattered if I could rescan anyways because it would just crash again.

L'application fonctionne mal
Nous avons fait le labyrinthe au complet et nous avoir scanner le code à chacune des 8 Stations secrètes en plus de la Station de départ et de fin. Tel que demandé. Le scanne dans l'application bug mais nous avons quand même réussi à scanner le code aux Stations. De cette façon nous sommes supposé avoir notre temps de parcours total et entre chaque Station. Ca fonctionne pas. Ca écrit 12:00 à chaque Station. Mon ami a fait l'exercice aussi et il est arrivé au même résultat. Pour ajouter à ça. Après avoir terminé le Labyrinthe, l'application suggère de publier sur les réseaux sociaux notre résultat. Chose que j'ai fait. Il y a effectivement un lien qui est publié mais lorsqu'on clique sur le lien ça ne fonctionne pas. Un message d'erreur apparaît.

Great App to use while visiting Dole
This app really enhanced my visit to Dole. The app let me track my progress through the Pineapple Maze. I was able to email my results and post them on Facebook so all of my friends could see how quickly I did the maze. I really enjoyed walking through the Plantation Garden and getting an audio tour as I visited each station. The app is easy to use and made for an outstanding visit to Dole!

What a great idea for an App
Came to Hawaii on holiday and of course had to visit the dole plantation. This app is a great idea for tourist locations. Works well and is so much easier than an audio commentary handset.
