Opens to a white screen. Does not work and judging from all the other reviews, they have no intention of fixing it.

Application just displays a white screen. Also waited an hour in line at the airport watching the other companies clear their queues-won’t be a repeat customer of the app or the rental company.

Nothing about Dollar rental car is good, from their app that doesn’t work, to them over charging you for tolls, and insurance. Highly recommend renting from another car rental company

After showing the logo the app never opened. I deleted it and re- installed it 3x with the same result so I gave up and used the website…….. based on some of the other reviews I see other people experience the same thing.
