Old car DB software
The iOS app is far behind the Android version on updates to the car DB software versions. Support were useless - said buy an Android. I had to borrow a friend’s Android to get access to a newer car. Why are they not in sync?

The product requires a network connection and sign in; in order to function. Just another scam to harvest our data to sell to the highest bidder.
Terrible interface
Don’t know who the designer is, but the UI is so terrible.
The main dtc description is very dim, almost invisible and in bold there is random text “manufacturer defined” . Very very annoying
