Serves my purpose.
Not my default browser but I have had no issues when I use Dolphin. It allows me to run YouTube in the background while listening to music and/or audiobooks. Other browsers won't work unless YouTube premium is used. So ... I find it useful.

When I press on symbol for themes it appears empty.

Latest update made it worse
This app rarely gets updates, but it has always been fairly reliable, especially for older ipads like my 4th generation model. The June 2020 update has made things far worse and I really wish I could revoke my download.
For no good reason the tabs near the top of the screen have been moved to the very top of the screen, and now rarely respond to your touch. Also the app freezes more frequently and seems generally slower and less smooth than before.

Always crashes on launch iPad Pro 10.5
My iPad pro 10.5” always crashes when I launch this app. I have iOS 13.1.2 installed.
I tap the icon, get a quick glimpse of the Dolphin home screen, then it disappears and i see my home screen again. I tried deleting and reinstalling but no luck.
Used to work fine on iOS 12.
