Useless.
It does absolutely nothing, tried it in every format and nothing is blocked, complete failure of an app.
Two problems I encountered
1. If the app detects that you haven’t set-up blocker settings in your browser, it will prompt you with a link to go to settings and fix it. However, it instead brings you to “Domain & URL Blocker” settings, which is not where you need to go.

It works
It seemingly blocks the majority of tracking domains on Safari. Every now and again a Google domain slips through but that’s to be expected. My only wish is that it had logs on what’s causing site breakage and when after you block certain domains. That and I wish it worked on other WebKit based browsers
