Why?

The greatest board game of all time was designed to be played on a computer, and is almost impossible to experience properly as its different versions were all made for dead platforms. Along comes what could have been the best version we've seen in decades, and for some reason they tinker with the rules. It's a bad rule change and should be an option or a mutator, not the default and certainly not required. Please.

FAQ

What is the main goal of Dominate?

The main goal of Dominate is to have the majority of pieces on the board at the end of the game by converting your opponent's pieces. You achieve this through strategic movement and capturing.

How do you move pieces in Dominate?

In Dominate, you select a piece and then tap an empty square to move. You can move one space in any direction, which clones the piece, or jump two spaces horizontally or vertically, which moves the piece.

How does capturing work in Dominate?

After capturing an empty square with a move or jump, any of your opponent's pieces adjacent to that new location are also captured. This is key to gaining board control.

When does a game of Dominate end?

A game of Dominate ends when there are no empty squares left on the board or when one player is unable to make a move. The player with the most pieces then wins.
