Too complex
After ten years I’m growing increasingly bored with Dominations and its overly complex functions. It fails to entertain. Give me Red Alert any day.
It’s a great game
It’s a great game. It doesn’t feel like the devs are only catering to the pay-to-win players. This makes the game far more enjoyable and fair. The following are a couple opinions that I think would help balance and offer quality of life.
I would like to see the addition of an army layout save option? I would be far more willing to try out different army configs if I could save my go-to army.
Next, a change in sapphires would be good. Either increase the opportunities to earn them, reduce the cost when using them to upgrade, or allow food/gold/oil to also be used in those upgrades.

Customer service decline
Games great. But customer service doesn’t answer plainly anymore. General response and some times bogus automated answer not relevant to the questions asked. Leaving BHG platforms

Used to be good.
I have played this app since is started over 10 years ago it’s now been infected with hackers /cheats using AI to overwrite the code and hack the game.

Don’t bother
Recently made a purchase in game, but the item never landed. Customer service denied the transaction, which they refused to refund and refused to provide the item. Absolute jokers.
Sucks.

Several years of review info.
I’ve played this game for over 7 years. This game is fun, but I’ve spent years working on different attack strategies and spending money to get the items to help make successful attacks. Over those several years there have been several “rebalances” which negated all the years of work I put in, and the money that was spent on this game. This game is enjoyable, but also very frustrating.

Good game but $lightly misleading
This is a fun, engaging, and well developed team game. Customer service is good but products are misleading. I’ve had to ask for refunds a few times. Granted, Apple is good at that but I wish Dominations was a bit less sneaky. Offers are limited time but they don’t clarify that the service is too. It’s not false advertising but it’s disingenuous.

Full of bugs, useless support and devs
If you’re planning to spend money on a game, take it somewhere else. This game is full of bugs which developers never fix. The support are providing no help at all. And you can never refund your purchases, they will just take your complaints for granted.

Ads have become a form of punishment. I can take a 15s or 30s Ads but 90s Ads that have multiple transitions that require attention are punishing and not worth the game play.
