Used to be a good game but now ruined by greed , being unbalanced , and pay to win now
I’ve been playing this game for many years and it used to be a great game but now the more money you spend the more you win and they’ve added resource currency to upgrading troops in buildings that just make it not only a chore but pretty much forced you to have to spend money to get anywhere unless you wanna spend months on a single upgrade and good luck going against somebody who spends money constantly no matter how good you are

Games great. But customer service doesn’t answer plainly anymore. General response and some times bogus automated answer not relevant to the questions asked
It’s a pay to play game.,
It’s a fun Game to play unfortunately when you reach a certain level, if you don’t pay real money it takes a very, very long tome to progress an y farther. Plus you are constantly being attacked by players that do spend a lot of money. They are 75, t o 150 levels above you. So they are taking a big chunk of you resources, that you need to make yourself stronger. So be ready to become stagnant in the game if your not ready to be a big spender.

Game is Not loading.
The game is not loading. He says I can't connect to the server. Sometimes it boots up and freezes.

It is okay
I’ve been playing this game for 10 years now, and it is nice, but things here take forever. It takes forever to build something, to research etc., but the gains are very small.
Obnoxious
Popups and flashing everywhere trying to get you to spend. Not worth the hassle on the eyes.
6+ years not pay to play
Been playing for over 6 years and I find this game engaging daily. Favors attacking over defense, but it’s a long play that can be enjoyed in 2-3 mins at a time. Great depth with upgrades galore while still rewarding in the short term. No requirement to pay to win; paying just reduces times to upgrade. This is MY go to strategy game!

Forever
I’ve been playing this game forever, and it still hits. The mix of building, strategy, and real-time battles is unmatched. The updates keep the game fresh, the alliances make it fun, and the grind is addictive in the best way. Easily one of the most solid mobile strategy games out there.
Old issues
It would be nice if the old issues in the game were fixed. Nobody will respond back to me about this. The support team has no knowledge of the game and only answer pre scripted questions. Why?
What an absolute waste of a game…
Been playing this for a few years. While Clash of Clans is a joy to play, this feels like a downright chore… ridiculous uneven difficulty and it’s just punishing grind. I hope you guys go bankrupt so you can take this off of the App Store. Have a great day! ☺️❤️
Marco Polo
I LOVE the game been playing for 1 year now, it’s awesome but the only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the Marco Polo thing-every time I login after logging out he’ll come up and ask for trades - it’s a good feature but it’s frustrating because when I get troops donated to me he’ll always be in my way and I can’t see who donated them so I can thank that person but in general it’s a great game

Just can’t get anything right
They promise all the issues will be fixed with the next release. Each release it gets worse. “We fixed the replays”…no you didnt, they got worse. “We fixed match ups” no you didn’t, they got worse. What you did well is put more stuff to buy to be competitive. This is a strictly pay to play game.
what a sad ending to my experience…
i loved this game so much as a kid and now that i decided to download the game again. it was really fun but needed A LOT of fixing.

what i have seen was MANY bugs ln the game, which is completely fine! but there is a bug that constantly freezes your screen making you wait for a couple of minutes to continue.

one thing that kept me pressed about the game was the commanders. i really don’t mind the feature but it is very weird to a model like that playing in this game… other than that the commanders completely ruin raiding peoples bases in this game. for early level for what i have seen. for a game that i loved so much having something like commanders ruining one of the core features of the game sucks…

okay my next problem is recently when the game updated it wont update properly, now i cant play the game.. thats why now i have quit!

dominations please rework commanders… i really don’t mind it being in the game just please make it easier for the attacker to raid peoples bases. because i know that both the defender and attacker will have the commander but it is SOOO much harder for the attacker so please fix it…

Network Issues
Would absolutely love this game but anytime I try to make a multiplayer attack it gives me a network connection issue. 5g, wifi, no matter where I’m at or how great everything else is running this ALWAYS HAPPENS. I’ve tried every forum, YouTube, or restart fix suggested and it always is the same.
Good but….
I’ve had this game for years and it’s great. The only main issue I have is that once you’ve cleared all the areas you’re allowed to clear that’s it. I would love for you to open it up to where you can clear more patches of land. Thanks!
Game mistake
Wish I can remember what the new thing is called but I do not like it. It is now the first thing that is seen when you go into battle. I do not play as often as I did before it came into the game. Did play every day but now once a week
One of the longest playing app
I think this is my 5th years with this game. Though theres sometimes issues with the game which do frustrate me, the developer seems to fix it after all. The Game is best of you want to build something fun for yourself for a long time. Kinda like a hobby.
