I like how you have a choice about, number or password access. It makes life easier. Keep up the good work.
Not user friendly
Transferring additional principal only payments to loans from savings/checking should be easier. Access to funds through app is very limited compared to other credit unions.
Stinks
No way to report or deactivate Debit card. Really? I’d tell you my card number if someone hadn’t stolen it.

Generally good except Bill Pay
Bill Pay using paper checks at their sole option is Stone Age and has caused me difficulty on at least two occasions.
Upgrades??
The “improved” bill pay view is overwhelming. It was much easier to pay multiple bills before the most recent “upgrade.” Please bring back green coloration for transactions g for monies that are a deposit, so it is easier to see the differences of type of transaction at a glance.

App crash
For months the app has just crashed and I can’t even check my funds. Can’t even get to the log in screen
Behind the times
Too many password verifications and change password requests. I also get an error every time I enter into the DECU system - wrong password BUT it lets me in. This really is a site program by rookies The leaders in the industry do not ask for any verification after initial set up. This is the app for the credit union it actually functions pretty well after dealing with archaic apps from the credit union however this most recent version is still unbelievably behind the leaders in the industry for example capital one, Amazon, Vanguard. Some of the leading applications my family uses have not changed passwords for 20 to 25 years.

Dominion Credit Union App. I utilize the Dom CU app every day to review charges and payments. I perform a lot of volunteer work that always involves building materials. I purchase the materials with my Dom CU card and use the app to Track outlay and I utilize Mobil deposit and transfers from my Dom CU savings to my Dom CU credit . Due to lag on CC purchases to actual charges, I utilize the available credit figure to have an updated true balance on my card
