Camera counter not accurate

Every time I try to use the camera function to count the dots on my remaining tiles it doesn’t count all the dots. Picture is clear, lighting is good, but it still won’t count them all. Sometimes it might miss a third of them or just a few of them. Cancelled the monthly subscription same day I subscribed. Let me know if you ever fix this issue. Can you issue refund?
