Useless
This app is basically useless because I have to call and reset my password every month. It’s gotten to the point where I turned on balance at a glance so I can view my funds without logging in because that’s the only way I can see what’s in my bank account. I cannot do mobile deposit or transfer money because even when I’m in the app successfully (which is rare) it will kick me back saying they cannot do this or that for me at the time. I don’t understand how it has a nearly five star rating. I’ve been considering switching banks now that my loan is paid off because that’s how ridiculous this app is.
