Terrible Delivery Service
One of, if not the only reason I downloaded this App was to be able to order and get deliveries. I’ve used this App multiple times with the same result.
I put in an order, get a confirmation email that my order is processing. Only to wait 2hours later to find out my order wasn’t processed - how do I know this? The order never came! And on top of that I never received a call stating why.
I don’t know if it’s just the branch in Mandeville, but you really need to fix this error.

Needs massive improvements
Some locations will only allow you to select carry-out even though geographically that's the location from which you'd have to place delivery orders.
Orders placed to the locations that do allow the selection for delivery are automatically cancelled "because we're not the store that delivers to that area." When queried in store (the "correct" one) the personnel state, "You can order it for carry out then just call us and say it's for delivery"--defeats the purpose of the app. Much too much effort for subpar pizza.

Update NEEDED
This app needs an update if they expect young persons to use it . It has way too many bugs

Good app, needs an update where you can pay for pizza on the app
Very buggy
Sends me to wrong screens. Sends my order to the wrong branch EVERY TIME, but the deals are good so I keep using it

Need loads of improvement creating a profile is a nightmare could at least send real time notifications of the orders. Still convenient no need to call in which in a good thing

Needs some urgent updates to ensure smooth running. Selecting sauces were a pain. Has times when it looks like a constant loading loop occurs and you have to restart.

Literally a duplicate of the website but it’s not bad. Works pretty well.

The app does not allow you to request delivery, it only allows you to select carry-out.
