This is like the worst app ever and even telling the customer support they don't fix it. The voucher codes that we get doesn't apply in the app and if it applies and if by chance you restart your order cart, the voucher then isn't usable anymore. I have highlighted this a lot of times but the don't want to fix it. Boycotting them would be the right option. Worst services EVER

I read some of the bad reviews so I was a bit hesitant to download the app but I still did download it and I loved it. Sign up process was very quick and I was quickly able to submit my order.

Pretty useful app
So I was skeptical about downloading this app after reading the reviews but I wanted to use an app exclusive promo code and decided to go ahead with it. To my pleasant surprise, the entire process from account creation, to placing an order, to tracking it in real time and payment; everything went really smooth. The app’s interface is exactly like Dominos’ website and it works the same way too. Pretty good experience and no complaints at all.

Ghatiya app
Ithni ghatiya zindagi mein nahi dekhi, half the time it doesn’t work and the phone number for otp never enables so you can’t create an account. Phir jab account ek ghate ke baad ban gaye payment he nahi leta. The app crashed 4 times just trying to order some pizza. Ithni bari company dominos kr Tara I expected more out of an app

Also tried the app more than 2 years ago it wasn’t working then and after all that time it still doesn’t . Even web platform doesn’t work. Mostly fast food like pizza is online order based but Way to go Domino’s you cant fix your basics in all these years. It would have been better to just pull it out of store to avoid embarrassment.
