Problem
Your app has a major limitation: there is no option to build a pizza from scratch. To customize a pizza, I have to select an existing one and then add or remove toppings.
Also, when I use the “Repeat Previous Order” feature, I unfortunately can’t remove or add any items to that order.
On top of that, the app is currently extremely slow and keeps freezing. I can’t add products to my cart properly. Sometimes the items I add appear much later, I can’t remove them, and the app spends a very long time loading.
Please consider fixing these issues. Honestly, if your current developer is responsible for this, you should consider replacing them because the Domino’s Pizza app is becoming unusable. At this point, should we just use Glovo or Uber Eats instead?

Useless garbage
ALWAYS “unknown error” on each and every login attempt and what’s more funny is IDK how, but having this app installed renders me completely unable to use the dominos website in Safari

Thank you very much to the developers for the app update. Everything has become much more convenient and stable to use, the interface is pleasant, and it feels comfortable to spend time in the app <3

Delivery without correct tracking
Ordered pizza to carry out, but the tracker doesn’t work. 30 minutes later after we ate the pizza it shows me that restaurant is preparing my order. Pizza was absolutely cold, as I didn’t know when it was cooked.
Special Tuesday is nothing special any more
I was a loyal fan of domino’s for more than 15 years. They changed their Thursday menu and it no longer has classic discounts that I enjoyed all my life. Random discount is nothing like it was before. Sorry to inform you but I no longer will be buying from your establishment. It was great while it lasted, thank you for your time.

Change your developers. Now your application has bad optimisation. When I use app, I see many freezes. It’s not good for app of huge business

The app doesn’t work. Pizza in 30 minutes in the past. You will need to wait at least 2 hours. What the heck? Terrible work. Close domino’s if you can’t provide the service that we loved

The app is a frustration
1. I cannot find almost any address for my city. Forced to write these details as additional comments to the order. Every time.
2. No prior to order notifications during busy hours.
3. Login almost every time when opening the app.
4. Phone number confirmation sms comes via Viber. There is no auto fill option from this messenger (which also has many issues)
5. It is easier (and faster) to order via Glovo for example.

Worst app ever
Its even not working normally. Always bugs, always impossible to make order.
Sms does not work
They want to confirm my phone, but messages never arrive, wake up, dominos, we are not in 2005
Laggy and unusable
This app has always been laggy, but now it’s even worse — I can’t place orders at all. It desperately needs improvements. Avoid until fixed.

You have a bug on a page with approved order, I can’t press “close” button, it gives me 404

After an app redesign, it became slower, harder to order and laggy. I stopped ordering, because previously I needed to press 3 buttons, and now it’s I have to spend like 5 min to order. Fix that crap

Your app became a full trash! I can’t check anything, maximum bad update!!! Nothing understandable, I even can’t check the status of my order
