App crashes in the middle of inventory
Half of the time I do inventory, the app crashes in the middle of it without saving my progress. It is also laggy after I enter about 20 or 30 items. This is only a problem on iPhones. My coworkers with androids have never had this problem. Please fix this issue it’s been a problem for over 2 years
Fix your app dominos
Worse app ever, i do my inventory and it’s just disappear , it has been going on for years they seem nit to care about it, i was up all night many nights just because i had to redo my inventory, come on dominos, train your IT people or get rid of them this is ridiculous.
Count deleted
Tabbed out of the app to text someone back at the last part of my count. I go back to the app and it’s all gone. Terribly designed app, super laggy, and can’t even remember your count when you don’t have it open. I’d give zero stars if I could. Fix this terrible app, you are wasting your workers time and your own money by keeping us here longer.

terrible awful stupid app never ever works.
As soon as this app updated I could no longer use it. I now have to do inventory manually.😭
I have been using this app since I first become a manager, about four years ago now, and now that it updated last week, I can no longer log in. Crying because I have to it manually.
Fire and replace the programmer for this app
I’m so tired of having to restart count all over again in the middle of my final count. The app will literally reset in the middle of me using it and on top of that it’ll be super laggy anytime I go to change or fix something I’ve already counted. This has always been an issue and hasn’t ever been touched up or fixed in the year I’ve been working. Seriously find literally anyone else to work on this app

Stop deleting inventory
I don’t understand why you can’t make it run just like the inventory application on tablets do. Absolutely crazy that the app designed to be used in store isn’t usable in store.
Good but at times
these app can be useful for inventory but i hate the fact that it crashes for no reason and especially recently and i have to repeat my whole process again. Dominos don’t waste my time and just make an app that can actually work unlike dispatch that crashes every week
Employee related issues with inventory
As an employee of dominos I use this app for inventory and other purposes. It seems that when I log into the app and do my inventory it always deletes my progress when I’m almost done. Would like that to be fixed please.
IOS version Vs. Android Versiom
The android version for the inventory app is superior. On IOS, it runs really slow and when I had opened another app, it completely reset my count when I had almost completed it. Can we please get the same version as in the Google Play Store rather than what IOS App store offers. Thanks.

The manager did nothing when I took my entire pizza back because there was a LONG BLACK HAIR ON IT and his question to me was “How do I know that hair came from here”. I said what? I told him I had called3 times this afternoon and he said “Mam my phone has not rung all day so he said “I know you are lying

I thought he was kidding but then he started yelling at me and said he did not like my attitude and there was nothing he was going to do about it so do NOT buy from this Dominos because they serve hair on pizza and would not comp me on my next pizza. Go to another Dominos and if anyone knows who owns the Dominos on Jefferson please share there name. I would love to speak with them. This man needs to be FIRED!

Para los que dicen que se les traba, solo tienen que arrastrar su dedo de la parte de arriba hacia abajo, no le den en la “x” de la esquina superior izquierda, solo deslicen para cerrar cada ingrediente, y al final cuando vayan a terminar se darán cuenta que el botón de terminar inventario no estará habilitado, éste se habilita una vez hacen ese proceso de cerrar la pestaña con la “x” y ya les aparecerá el botón en azul para subir a pulse.
Se vuelve lento ya que con cada vez que cierran haciendo click en la “x” generan más pestañas y sus celulares y la aplicación no pueden procesar tanta cantidad de pestañas abiertas, por eso al inicio empiezan bien y al final va lento, intenten como les digo y verán que sus inventarios serán más rápidos, coméntenlo con sus compañeros y pasen la voz a todos lo que usen iPhone. :)

Don’t waste your time.
Started stock count. Didn’t update everything. Had to restart count using a different method. Don’t even bother downloading this app. Until they can fix the many glitches, it’s a useless app. Works really fast for the first 40 items counted. Then nothing.
Very slow
Its good to use for inventory but keep on crashing and does not save anything so always need to restart count when its get crashed. Please solve the issue and its get very slow as the count increases.

Mala app empieza bien pero se va haciendo lenta tan lenta que es imposible seguir con ella y de cierra y todos se borra
Literally useable
Inventory functionally broken for years now and no fix in sight. Porting the android dedicated inventory app to iOS will be make things exponentially easier
Delivery experience app
I writing to hope that Dominos will add the Delivery experience app. I accidentally deleted it off my I phone and now I can not phone the app.

I rarely order pizza, but your adds on TV are extremely well done 🤙I’m 80 now and like to “treat” myself every so often. The NICE DRIVER CAME, and I realized I only had $ 50 . So I apologized and I told him that I definitely would bring his tip to the store the next day, which would’ve been a Saturday well I never got to anywhere to cash the $50 but on Monday I had the money and instead of giving him five dollars tip, I gave him $10. I was just so happy and felt bad for him, so I’m hoping he comes again and I will have change for Him 😊 $5
