Driver Tracking Doesn’t Work
Often when I order from a hotel app says it will show driver tracking shortly and indicates a future ETA say in 8 minutes time. Then all of a sudden I get a phone call from driver saying they have been waiting for me downstairs for ages. Otherwise I find the app ok

It’s obvious Domino’s takes good care to ensure their pizza app works easily, everytime. I’ve been unable to make a pizza get in my hands easier than this
Good deals
Good deals. Pizza is really good for the price. App could do with an update. You lose your order if you change the pickup time which is annoying.
Notification spam
The application seems to be just a thin wrapper to the website and non-native.
Application is also ridiculously spare me by sending so much advertisement notifications. You turn on notifications simply to track and do live activities but but that also means that they will send you daily deals and other advertisements as a result with no way to untangle and disable just advertisements.
Uninstalled due to the noise.

Love the deals
Love the deals and discounts, very easy to use but sometimes very glitchy
Useless
Staff don’t use the tracking when you order through other apps and twice they told me they just “didn’t receive any orders” so I had to get my money refunded. “Get the app” they said well you can’t track on the app anyway and the app is slow asf for no reason dumb app dumb staff
Couldn’t order a pizza
It just kept showing deals despite trying to select a pizza. Either a massive bug or extremely poor UX.
Online trickery=no sale
The reason we don’t buy Domino’s Pizza anymore is the idiotic upsell trickery nightmare they try to put you through. Between work, family and friends, that’s a lot of orders your bad faith business practice is costing Domino’s each year now…and we are not the only ones not purchasing from Domino’s anymore for that reason.

Can we reuse old orders?
It’s improving. Thanks for noticing the comments. I would like to know that the deliverer is getting the tip. Because I’ve asked a few now and they don’t know if they are getting the tips.
Also, it would be good if we could re-use old orders.

Ok app login glitch still there after months
Have not been able to log in to my account for months. Tried a the distant login options and it glitches. Wish they would fix it
Tracking is not accurate
I’m only giving the app 4 stars because of the tracking. It either takes forever to kick in or you never get tracking at all. Other than that, the apps fine. Oh, it also keeps logging me out too.
Pizza burnt
Ordered 4 pizzas and 4 sides bundle pack.
The main pizza that we wanted happened to turn up quite burnt on the crust. Not what we really expected .
But hopefully the others will be cooked to perfection .

Sends fake “urgent” messages
Urgent!! Pizzas will be full price tomorrow. Immediately deleted the app
Stop logging me out
Why do I have to sign in every time? What’s the point logging me out?
Cannot order delivery
When I open the app and select delivery, it only allows me to “order later” I can enter the date with no issue but cannot enter a time (every option is greyed out with “time unavailable”) and I cannot choose to order now
