Low quality, high price
$29 for 1 large pizza, garlic bread and 1.25 Coke Zero delivered + Sunday surcharge makes it’s nearly $32. You pizza is cheapest low quality made pizza going this price is far from justified. Ubereats got me a decent local shop large pizza and garlic bread and coke 1.25 delivered for $28.
Apps terrible. Pizzas good
Dumb app makes you sign in and once you do that, it asks you to sign in again making an endless loop of this rubbish, never actually letting you sign in. At least the Tuesday deals are good though.
Bugs
Constantly has issues with discount codes and constantly charges me incorrect amounts. Have some issue with dropping toppings and charging extra for replacement topping especially when it’s something small and not worth as much as the dropped ones but can overlook that. The constant drop outs however, the app falling over and discount codes just spinning with no error and just failing more then half the time is totally annoying and wastes out time constantly with most of the time needed to get a PC instead and then a trip back to shop.

Can’t sign in
Everytime I click sign in (yes sign in, not sign up) it says “an account with this email already exists, please sign in” - what do you think I’m doing ?!

Double dipping
I recently made an order online. Went through the process and at the ends of it all it said payment declined. Despite my bank balance saying it went through. What an absolute scam. I would hate to think how many people hit Oder again only to have paid twice!! I’ve heard it’s quite common, buyer beware.

Driver Tracking Doesn’t Work
Often when I order from a hotel app says it will show driver tracking shortly and indicates a future ETA say in 8 minutes time. Then all of a sudden I get a phone call from driver saying they have been waiting for me downstairs for ages. Otherwise I find the app ok

It’s obvious Domino’s takes good care to ensure their pizza app works easily, everytime. I’ve been unable to make a pizza get in my hands easier than this

Good deals. Pizza is really good for the price. App could do with an update. You lose your order if you change the pickup time which is annoying.

The application seems to be just a thin wrapper to the website and non-native.
Application is also ridiculously spare me by sending so much advertisement notifications. You turn on notifications simply to track and do live activities but but that also means that they will send you daily deals and other advertisements as a result with no way to untangle and disable just advertisements.

Love the deals and discounts, very easy to use but sometimes very glitchy
Useless
Staff don’t use the tracking when you order through other apps and twice they told me they just “didn’t receive any orders” so I had to get my money refunded. “Get the app” they said well you can’t track on the app anyway and the app is slow asf for no reason dumb app dumb staff
Couldn’t order a pizza
It just kept showing deals despite trying to select a pizza. Either a massive bug or extremely poor UX.
Online trickery=no sale
The reason we don’t buy Domino’s Pizza anymore is the idiotic upsell trickery nightmare they try to put you through. Between work, family and friends, that’s a lot of orders your bad faith business practice is costing Domino’s each year now…and we are not the only ones not purchasing from Domino’s anymore for that reason.

It’s improving. Thanks for noticing the comments. I would like to know that the deliverer is getting the tip. Because I’ve asked a few now and they don’t know if they are getting the tips.

Ok app login glitch still there after months
Have not been able to log in to my account for months. Tried a the distant login options and it glitches. Wish they would fix it
