confusing & redundant

To give context:I have various messaging apps, and been a realtor for many years and consider myself intuitive when it comes to adapting to new systems and apps.
I know how important, and now more than ever that dotting our Is and crossing our Ts is important to keep in writing. We heavily rely on our inter-realtor messaging and this new system is across the board not being appreciated. Many peers are now resorting to texting each other’s personal mobiles to ensure the messages are received.

Chat history downloading downloading….

When I open the showing & chat on my laptop, the chat history keeps downloading and loading without stopping.

As a professional tool, this is very frustrating and makes it difficult to work properly.
