Great product with a suddenly terrible app
Several updates ago, the app stopped being optimized and is basically just a portal to the web app. Something as basic as snoozing alerts on a collector has become a hassle. I don’t know why they stopped optimizing for mobile.
Rubbish
Terrible app, SSO with entraID was working but anytime you close the app you had to sign in. With the most recent update today it won’t even log in! Seriously guys get your act together, I love Domotoz but the mobile app takes a lot to be desired
Hate the new app!
The new app is awful! Please bring back the previous version. It’s basically impossible to navigate now.
Login Struggles
Since setting up Entra SSO, the app struggles to login, sending me in a login loop. Deleting and reinstalling is a bandaid. Other than that, I’m happy with the app.
App will not let me login
App refreshes every 3-4 seconds to the main page where you click login. I can’t even type my email to login.
Error when clicking on any sites
Since new update I can’t click on any of my sites. I get a “Unable to access the page” from the site explorer page on any of my sites. This renders the app useless. Uninstalled and Reinstalled app to no avail.
NOT FREE OR CHEAP!
This product may be nice for someone in IT or Networking where the company or the boss will pay for it. But for the average home user? Much too pricy! These guys are not using their heads to realize that it is better to have 20,000,000 users at 1$ a month than have thousands of users at their current crazy prices...

Violates App Store Policy without In App Purchase
Apple, this app does not allow purchasing the subscription to the service via in app purchase. Instead the app redirects to their own portal to enter payment information to a shady web page that isn’t even responsive layout for mobile. Domotz needs to adhere to App Store policies and accept IAP or be removed from the App Store.

App will not load on Iphone
I am not sure what is going on with the APP, but I cannot get it to load. It hangs on the DOMOTZ screen. I am using this on an iphone. Cannot count on using the APP.
As of Dec 29th, this APP is still doing the same thing. I am being told that the developer found a “bug” and a new update will be ready but no update this far has fixed the issue.
As of Jan 24, 2020 this same issue is still going on. No fix as of yet. Not sure why the developer is taking so long to fix this issue.
As of Feb 23, 2020, the APP is still not loading. Just freezes as soon as you open the APP.
As of June 24th, 2020, this APP is still having issues with hanging on the start screen when opening the APP.

Doesn’t support iPhone text entry
Press/hold on iPhone keyboard doesn’t produce a cursor like it should—it selects all the text.
Makes for frustrating editing of device names (a core use of this App!)
App was probably written for Android and ported to iOS.

This app performs very very well for its price point. Great network monitoring solution.
Remote access to a private IP network
My internet connection doesn’t provide a publicly accessible IP address so I’ve not previously been able to remotely access devices on my network. I was able to use my existing Fingbox as a Domotz agent and use a standard access plan to get remote access for 1 credit per month. The credit system is confusing and cumbersome to renew though - have to go to the website portal to top up credits, then wait for the credit to be applied before reactivating the agent.

Awesome as usual but one bug
Working well except there is a bug when you try to monitor network health performance/speed test ‘advanced alerting’. You can’t set a trigger speed for alerts or even tick mobile or email. Just brings up the explanation every time.

We as a company have been using Domotz for a while now. We have 50+ devices on different sites. It just works and it works great! No need for VPN if you need to access your devices via web, telnet or ssh. Many more advanced features I haven’t tried yet. We have tried competitors in the past but many found them non intuitive. Easy to use and set up. Keeps customers happy as issues are resolved (if any) before they even arise.
Now the best part! Their support is incredible. Very quick responses. Think I have never waited more than 15 minutes for response. Issues weren’t critical either. Mostly integration with products on the network which are resolved in no time.

The Best Network App Out!!!!!!!
We install everyone of these on our custom automated jobs and this comes in very handy gives us the chance of logging in instead of rolling a vehicle out we have sold other competitor brands practice is top-notch bar none
Used to work well now app is buggy
App doesn’t clear notification badge icons and asks for password every time the app is open. Used to work great.
App icon notification fixed, but now doesn’t remember login
The problem with the badge app icon not clearing is fixed, but now every time I open the app I have to enter my password. Prior to the most recent update it would remember my login information and open straight to my account.

This app WAS great.
It now doesn’t remember the account password. I have a long mixed case alpha numeric randomly password. That makes this application now almost USELESS!
Please add an option to remember password.
