Just not working
My app is current. I'm checking out and need to change the delivery instructions. The page with the approximate 7 things with arrows/carrots that presumably would allow me to hit the arrow to open it for more info and to edit...do not work. Not one carrot/arrow turns down and there's no way to change any of that info. Also..I was in my profile/account, changed the birthdate, which for some reason randomly picked whatever it wanted...I hit done, it said it was updated, but when I went back...it was NOT updated.
I ordered from the app a couple weeks ago, as long as you don't try to do anything but order it seems okay, but if you need to change any information...good luck, it doesn't work!!

Rewards are history
No more fun at Doms. Spend a paycheck and get $1 off your coffee once a week. Foxtrot ruined Dom’s. Dom’s is ruined. Rewards are history.
Unintuitive
Unintuitive UI and does not track rewards status which means I cannot order drinks ahead of time and get the discount that they advertise.
Response from developer
The Loyalty Rewards Status is available on the app, under Rewards > My Account, and the app can be used to order free coffee drkins ahead, if you are a Sous Chef or a Master Chef. Please contact discover@domschicago.com if you need assistance with your Loylaty Rewards status.
Half-baked
Not ready. UI is not intuitive, functionality is unclear, and overall the site is confusing. On second thought, it is just like the store!
Dom’s is not really a grocery store, it’s a social space; staff are not knowledgeable and are overwhelmed. Prices are higher than warranted and it is not possible to get everything you need to make a meal. Strong point is the meat counter, other areas are vestigial at best. Staff are plentiful and nice but generally clueless. Quantities of prepared food (e.g., tuna salad) are too large and you can’t buy by weight. The coffee bar is a scrum.
Bring back Plum Market!
