Spinning wheel of death
App is totally unstable, the spinning wheel of death indicates it can’t connect to back end cloud services or whatever, it looses configuration all the time, come on guys it can’t be that hard to make this work.

The Domus One app had some fixes in 2025. The app is stable, works without any of the previously reported bugs and without any delay. Setting heating programs has been made easier. Up to three heating periods per day can be set with both comfort and setback temperatures. The schedule can be copied to other days. Manual adjustment on demand is also available, plus switching for adaptive start control, locking functions, maximum temperature limiting and open window detection. The clock is set automatically based on location, meaning the heating remains correctly scheduled after a power cut. Setup is straightforward. Remember to select the DomusOne network when connecting for the first time. The instructions are basic but the pairing process is quick and easy.

How is it possible for an app to be this bad?
The company should open up a way to control their hardware locally since they are unable to write decent software!!
Useless following update
The app used to work ok, but now it won’t let me login. I’ve tried to reset my password but nothing happens. Probably best to avoid the app and associated heating controls.

Instabile, si resetta ad ogni utilizzo senza mantenere in memoria i parametri impostati, bisogna ripetere più volte le impostazioni per salvarle…. Imbarazzante

Fails to connect to device
Got the thermostat to connect to my WiFi using the app, but it fails to add the thermostat with the QR code. Just says failed. Useless

Non mi fa più entrare. Mi dice che le credenziali non sono esatte. Provo a fare il recupero password ma l’e-mail di recupero non arriva. Spero che prima che finisca l’inverno riuscirete a risolvere il problema
Doesn’t work
The app is irresponsive, doesn’t update the temperatures on the thermosthat. It doesn’t even give an error either. Previously it used to work, I don’t know if an update ended up breaking it.
Non più contabile con Google home! Perché ????
Basilare ma sempre funzionante. Ultimamente non è più compatibile con Google home. Quando verrà risolto problema?
Migliorare gli orari
Utilissima la funzione del programmare l’orario di accensione, peccato che non si possa impostare un orario specifico, rendendone completamete inutile l’utilizzo. Si dovrebbe poter programmare di quarto d’ora in quarto d’ora come minimo, ma di ora in ora è totalmente inutile. Assurdo pensare che si possa fare con delle lampadine ma non con uno scaldasaviette

Non è più compatibile con Google home, anche dopo vari tentativi di configurazione. Problema da risolvere

Con l'ultimo aggiornamento non funziona più la modalità programmato. Sistematela adesso che arriva l'inverno. Grazie.

Pas fiable
Works flawlessly
The app was down for an overhaul but now working perfectly. Setup was quick and simple. If you’ve used it previously I recommend deleting it and reinstalling. Now also gives me the ability to lock and unlock heater controls remotely and set the maximum temperature the heater can be used at. Brilliant!

Very temperamental
App no longer lets me log in after the latest update which is really frustrating as it’s a holiday home I need to be able to control the heating for remotely.

Useless App
Cannot even log on now - App says unknown error, oops something went wrong? Cannot rest password as says it’s not connected to the internet yet here I am writing a review. Absolute Joke of an app because now my radiators cannot be controlled at all…
Can’t login now - but was good when it worked
When it’s working, this is a really useful app - allows me to remotely control my heaters in a holiday home.
The updates have always been temperamental though.
Yesterday the app logged me out and I couldn’t then log back in.
The latest update didn’t help, neither did reinstalling the app - I can’t login, I can’t reset my password, I can’t create a new account…
I’ve been through a whole bunch of steps to reset or reconnect from various online instructions.
I’ve also tried the developers other app (Selmo Comfort) which still uses an old interface and no luck.
Please please fix it!! 🙏🏽
