What's New in Don
1.6.4
August 20, 2026
Getting started is faster, and you no longer need a bank to begin. Setup is four quick screens instead of a conversation. Tell Don what to keep an eye on, see what it does with a sample month, and start your free trial — the whole thing takes under a minute, and you can go back a step at any point. Bring your money in whichever way suits you. Connect a bank as before, or import a CSV from Copilot, Mint, Monarch, or your own bank — Don recognises the common formats and asks which column is which when it doesn't. You can also hand it a PDF statement and it reads the transactions off the page, or photograph a stack of receipts and check them over as a list before anything is saved. Receipt scanning now handles more than one at a time. Pick up to ten photos and Don reads them in turn, showing progress as it goes. Every transaction it finds is yours to keep or drop before it's written, and anything it tagged for you says so, so you know what's worth a second look. Also in this release: several fixes to subscriptions and restoring purchases, a home screen widget that stays up to date on its own, and a keyboard that closes when you ask it to.
