Not able to schedule my donor for an appointment. This has been going on for a week.
My donor needs an appointment and has not been able to get their weekly donations because the app is having error messages and malfunctions.

Love the extra money!
I downloaded this app to make some extra funds as a college student, and so far I’ve made almost $600!! Sometimes the app is a little glitchy but I just put in my support tickets and watch them get fixed! My friend also downloaded the app because he started a nonprofit for animals and they have raised almost $1,000 in a few months. Super cool idea and as a Public Health Major, I know blood is needed in so many situations so I want to do my part by donating and signing up my friends and family. Lives get saved and I get paid woohoo!

Fake
This app is a lie. I signed someone up, they donated, and I never got paid. So I deleted the app. Don’t be fooled by their tricks. It’s a scam.

Response from developer
Hi there—We’re really sorry to hear this. Payments are processed after a completed donation is verified, which can sometimes take a short period depending on timing and eligibility. If something didn’t come through, we definitely want to look into it. Please reach out to us at support@donable.com so we can review your account and make this right. We’re committed to making sure every eligible donation is properly credited.
