What's New in DoneTodo Task

2.5.0

August 12, 2025

What’s New in Version 2.5.0 Todo reminders (new) - Get a notification at the planned start and planned end of a task: stay on track without even opening the app, avoid overruns, and reduce procrastination. - How to use: Long-press a task, Todo, toggle “Notify at start / Notify at end.” Draw your "Todo (Diagonal stripes)" on the time grid, and DoneTodo will ping at the right moments. Smarter Goals (new) - Start From date: choose when a goal begins; earlier days won’t count or display that goal. - Weekday schedule: pick the days (Mon–Sun) a goal applies to. - End-of-day nudge: if a goal isn’t met by a time you choose, you’ll get a gentle notification (enable and set time in the Goal sheet). UI & Experience - Task button menu refreshed: cleaner, more modern; drag to sort is now more direct. - Time Grid: faster, smoother page flips. - Calendar: selecting a red day (missed goal) now shows a red ring for extra clarity. Thank you as always for your wonderful support!! I’m building DoneTodo solo and will keep refining every month. More updates soon~ (^ ^)

A Great app to plan out the day

It’s pretty cool. You can plan out your day in a 2D matrix format. I haven’t seen anything like this before.
