Cuando se accede a un PDF o algún link, no hay forma de regresar al menu anterior. Hay que cerrar la aplicación y volver a poner usuario y contraseña para acceder…

Inicio de sesión a mejorar

Bien en cuanto a funcionalidad (trámites online disponibles), pero necesita mejorar el inicio de sesión … únicamente funciona con BAKQ. Al menos en iOS, la carga de certificados digitales da error (Estado HTTP 400 – Bad Request) y la opción Izenpe mobile no hace nada (teniendo esta app instalada y operativa).

Interesante App pero mala UX

Cómo iniciativa la app me parece excelente y algo que creo que hacía falta, sin embargo la usabilidad, la UX y la UI son bastante mejorables. También cabe destacar que la app no cumple con multitud de ppios de accesibilidad digital. Ánimo a corregir todo esto para que la ciudadanía pueda usarla cómodamente 😊
