I like that we can see the bus and know when it is coming, but I would also like the notification to ring or vibrate the phone, so we didn’t have to stare at the phone to know when it is coming. I do like that every time I have contacted the support team they have been very helpful. I know some say it doesn’t work or glitches, but when I talked to the support staff last year they stated that every time our phones update to a new iOS they have to fix their app too. I told them of the problems we were having and they checked back with me weekly until the problem was resolved.

This app will not work or recognize either of boys’ id’s, last year and this year. So frustrating!
This App is F-ing worthless
I wish I could give it negative stars, this is our third year of school here at Mt Comfort Elementary School, here in Indiana and supposed to be reliant upon this for meeting at BUS STOPS for pick up and drop off. This has never worked, tried removing the app and redownloading multiple times, different accounts, tried everything, and it still doesn’t work.

Not very user friendly
I just downloaded the app for my child’s first year of school, and it will not let me go back because I think I typed something in wrong. It will not validate my child’s information, and it does not recognize my child. There is no way for me to get out of the page that I am stuck in. Currently not a fan of this app.

Nice to have, be nice if they resize for iPhones.
I have used this app for a while now and it gets the job done.
I would go 4 stars, but the notification boundary stopped working last school year and still doesn’t work, so I can see where the bus is, but I don’t get my notifications when it gets close to our house, like I used to.
Also, I have an iPhone XR and I can barely hit the buttons in the top corners of the screen. So it’s annoying to access the menus.
