Works well
Donut Call has reduced the number of bot calls getting through by a significant amount. Because I haven’t lived in the geographical area my phone number maps to, there was little risk that I would inadvertently block a valid call from my area code & exchange. I was getting an annoying amount of spoofed calls prior to installing this app. Thank you very much!!!

Stopped working
The same first 6 numbers that call me constantly have started getting through this service, I don’t know how, but I’ve checked to make sure in my phones settings that this is turned on and listed as blocking the calls, the app is also marked to block calls, but these calls are still coming through. Super disappointed since this app WAS working for about a month.

In the past, I've also seen it stop working from time to time. I'm not sure whether it was something in certain versions of iOS, or maybe it's an issue for older devices, but I've not had this problem in a long time. For me, it seems to have eventually resolved itself without any intervention, but double-checking to make sure settings haven't changed is a good idea.
Doesn’t work
I am still getting calls from exchanges that are blocked(?) by this app. It does not even show “blocked by donut” on the numbers any more. It did at first, but not anymore. I am back to manually blocking numbers. I updated the app and it still won’t block any calls. This is a useless app. It does nothing. I set it up in settings to be able to block numbers, but it still does not block numbers. I am still getting calls from exchanges that are supposedly blocked by Donut Call. It worked up until the first update, then it quit working. Now it just occupies space. I am still giving it a chance, and waiting for new updates to see if it starts working again.

Hi! Would you mind verifying that Donut Call is enabled in Settings? Open the Settings app, then "Phone" and "Call Blocking & Identification" (or search for "call blocking"). Donut Call should be in a list at the top; make sure it's enabled. Thanks!

Looked iffy at first, but it is by far one of my best app choices. Haven’t been called by similar numbers again. Keep up the good work.
