It crashed everytime after you open Something on the page.
Didn’t get free drink
I tried to get my free birthday drink, but apparently the thing wasn’t scanning in the store and they wouldn’t give it to me. :(

As per the title, I’ve had the app over a year now (including the last update). It literally, crashes after every second click.
Please fix.

I can open the card for scanning, but that’s genuinely all. If I select ANY other option in the menu - history, locations, account - anything, it crashes. I’ve no idea what these pages look like…
Also, when you buy multiple drinks (cold at least, as I rarely buy hot here), it only ever adds one to the card, meaning you buy several more than 7 to earn your free one.

Crashes constantly, sign up process felt like it was made by someone foreign who doesn’t know what they are doing.

Bad user experience
Can’t create an account using app, have to go on website. Once account created the app won’t let you sign in. It’s useless.
Have account but unable to log in
The ‘login’ sequence takes you through the ‘sign up’ sequence but fails because it detects I already have an account. Duh. Fix this please!
Useless app!!
When I finally earned my self a free coffee the app logged me out and I was unable to log back in. So contacted administrators which they did manage to get me back in to my account but without my free coffee reward. They said they were not able to add my reward to my account.
So please don’t waste your time with this.. You have been warned!!

Deleted account didn't actually delete
Been using the app for two years. Always scanned. Name showed on cash till screen but no purchase EVER recorded in the app. So annoyed I decided to delete my account and start over by selecting "delete account". It turns out, the account is "removed" from the app, but the account is not deleted. There is a big difference to me. I tried to set up a new account because I thought I had deleted my old one but it recognised my phone number as soon as I tried to start over. Logged in to see if another way to "delete" and lo and behold... all my history. Good grief.

Not deserve my time
The stuff at Fairfield shopping center don’t know how the app is working and they told me that just scan the barcode to get rewarded and it doesn’t work like that, the barcode for registration not getting rewarded as I bought two coffee and don’t get anything on the card bcos they should do it on the computer with mobile no. Or card number

Pretty Good App!
This app is pretty good, you can collect points on both cold and hot drinks (you earn hot and cold points separately not together).
However I would like this app to add just 2 more features and it would be a 5/5.
1.
We would really like apple wallet support! It makes getting to the loyalty card way easier rather then searching through a sea of apps.
2.
I think we all would also appreciate a menu feature, just so we can browse and see all the drinks and donuts!

Rewards not showing
Get notifications for rewards which are not there. Account number doesn’t show up, have tried several times to uninstall re-install. Works then does same thing again. App is very poor & needs a lot of work.
No Rewards
I keep getting notifications saying that I’ve just earned a reward, or that a reward is about to expire. When I go to open and check the reward section, it is always empty.
App not great
This app is annoying, I get a notification to say my rewards are just about expired and when I check there is nothing but a blank page. No matter if you refresh, close app and go back in there is nothing the only thing that comes up is the card sometimes not all the time and the promos that’s it. This app needs way more work done to it iv had this app for a while now and since day one the rewards have never showed up.

About to delete
The app is annoying me.... keeps saying oh no your reward is about to expire. Go to the app there’s no reward. I haven’t even used the card yet to receive a reward. You’d think if you went into the app to look for a reward the app would many notify you again but it’s nit the case it continually pesters you.

Kinda pointless
App is simple to use however it’s kinda pointless. The one reward I had disappeared before it expired/I got to use it and constantly getting notifications for rewards that don’t exist.
