Nostalgic but bugged
I remember this game fondly and had been looking for it forever to come back to IOS. Downloaded it and booted it up and tried out my favorite boss battle mission (pacific war) and was able to get through with no problem untill the second bomber spawns in. For some reason the bomber moves so far up the screen you aren’t able to destroy the top turret to down the aircraft and move to the next. Other than that I have no idea what else is bugged on the mission since I’m never able to get past the second bomber. Hope this gets the attention of someone able to make a few minor tweaks to repair it.

it’s December 2025 close to the new years going to 2026 and I was up all night searching for this game this game will always be amazing and nostalgic

Pure fun just with a few bugs
It’s everything I remember as a kid, really fun little side scrolling shooter. Lots of fun little mini games and stuff too
That being said, the boss battles don’t record high scores after exiting them, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to get the third star in Cyborg City.
And game center doesn’t work for the app although my game center seems to work for other apps

Serious Nostalgia!
Man oh man! I can't believe my eyes!
Last time I played this game, I was 6-7 years old, playing on my mother's iPhone 4. I couldn't wait to come home from school and play this game. I was so bummed out when this game dissappeared one day.
I'm now 19. I have a job and responsibilities...
But that doesn't mean I can't come home from work and shoot a couple bad guys like old times, does it??

Great classic
This isn't COD. This is a basic side scrolling, "Run N Gun" stick shooter. Play the tutorial, if you don't like the controls, exit the level and change in options. The 90s kids who grew up with the stick man games will love this, "new agers" may have differing opinions, but the game is "classic" good.

i remember playing this on my kindle when i was about 6 or 7, and i got flooded with nostalgia when i saw this on the appstore a few months ago. I started playing this in august and i enjoy this game a lot

Terrible
Physically impossible to complete a map when the enemy is able to shoot through every barrier and you can’t shoot back so you automatically die, and when you do a boss battle it puts you inside atv that’s just spins in circles and slowly kills you. Terrible game wouldn't spend a penny on it
major sound glitch
i put the sound on but theres no sound when I’m playing

Nostalgic fun
Oh wow, I remember when this got delisted and I thought I’d lost it forever. I first downloaded this game in 2013 and played it for ages. Nice to relive such a fun and simple game these days.

Hey guys, this game is a gem. It’s a simple but fun game to play whenever you want to kill time or just have some fun. I remember playing this and spending countless hours on Doodle Army 2 Mini Militia years ago. Still remember it staying in the top 25 for a long time after launch.
Play tested some Mini Militia updates before it went live in the App Store way back when. Spoke with the dev a few times before, nice guy. Anyways, I know this doesn’t pertain specifically to this app but so glad to see that is Chad Towns back and brought life to the OG Doodle Army. Noticed Mini Militia Classic being shown as a joinable beta, which I’ll happily join/set up soon.

Throwback game
Used to play this game like 9 or 10 years ago. Still an amazing game from what I remember from 10 years ago. One thing I would like is more maps but it’s still an all out good game 😁

Bugs
Just got the game and was excited to play it after not seeing it in the App Store for a while but once loading in for some reason there aren’t any sound effects. I turned my phone off mute and made sure to go into setting and see that my music and sound effects were turned on but still can’t hear anything. Hopefully this bug gets fixed
